SCCA is the leader in labor negotiations with the construction unions in Southern California, while working closely with other associations. This practice continues to add to our long-term successful relationships with the construction industry trades. The Labor Committee also ensures current and breaking labor-related information reaches our members quickly. SCCA has Master Labor Agreements with the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons, Carpenters, Ironworkers, and Construction Teamsters.
