The Southern California Contractors Association negotiates Master Labor Agreements with the six basic trades, including Operating Engineers, Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons, Ironworkers and Teamsters. Our Labor Committee and Labor Department work together to provide strong representation when negotiating all collective bargaining agreements. We work diligently to ensure our members receive proper communication about policy and compliance. SCCA represents members in grievance and arbitration procedures, rights not available to short-form contractors. Assistance with contract interpretation is vital, and we are a reliable resource for our members.
