Members came from surrounding cities to break bread with the industry’s Operating Engineers 12. All shared experiences with shift changes and other obstacles within the industry, which provided all who attended with invaluable insight to support them in their day-to-day positions.
The Apprenticeship Program was another hot topic, highlighting the benefits of the SCCA’s own Construction University, and how they support those students pursuing Construction with dedicated funding. The engaging conversation was accompanied by breakfast and coffee, provided by the SCCA.
