This course is an additional session instructed by OSTS. It provides a comprehensive exploration of effectively managing active shooter incidents and workplace violence. Participants gain valuable insights into the Incident Life Cycle, mastering navigation through different stages. The curriculum covers Types and Sources of Workplace Violence, incorporating Warnings and Behaviors, empowering individuals to proactively identify red flags and prevent violence. Moreover, the course offers strategies for Response and Recovery. Serving as a pivotal initiative, this comprehensive training aims to elevate workplace safety and cultivate a resilient, well-prepared workforce.

Enforcement of the policies introduced in this course begins in July 2024.
