This Excel course teaches contractors how to efficiently manage projects by tracking budgets and costs, organizing tasks, phases, and milestones, and handling labor and material data. Participants will learn to plan timelines with Gantt charts, monitor task and bid status, and create dashboards to visualize key metrics for better project oversight.
