This course explores self-awareness’s crucial role in effective leadership, focusing on its impact on personal and interpersonal dynamics. Participants learn about Self-Actualization, cultivating growth and meaningful goals, and embracing Self-Regard, fostering confidence while acknowledging strengths and weaknesses. Optimism is emphasized for maintaining positivity and resilience. Interpersonal Relationships are highlighted, emphasizing trust and compassion. Through introspective exercises, participants develop the self-awareness needed for exceptional leadership. This course is available in-person only.
