ABOUT THIS CLASS

Get ready to jump back in—our second CPR class of the year is happening on June 17, and you won’t want to miss it! Whether you’re a first-time learner or just brushing up on your life-saving skills, this course covers everything from recognizing emergencies and protecting yourself to handling cardiac events and breathing issues—with plenty of hands-on practice. We’ll cover the essentials like CPR, choking, and sudden illness responses, but also dive into splints, burns, and strokes. It all wraps up with a review and assessment, so you can leave confident and certified.

*Please Note* This course will follow the same curriculum as the initial CPR/First Aid training offered earlier this year.

*FREE FOR MEMBERS ONLY*
