Prepare your workforce for the summer heat!
Employers are required to train employees in preparation for hot environments, whether indoors or outdoors, or when temperatures exceed 85°F or humidity is high. Heat Illness Prevention covers essential topics for both employees & supervisors, with sessions lasting 1 hour for employees & 1.5 hours for supervisors. It also covers what to expect from OSHA site visits. Focus is on risk factors, prevention, incident procedures, & more.
