Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is a committee of the Board and includes the current SCCA President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and active past Presidents. This committee can take action on behalf of the Association, as stated in the Bylaws, when deemed necessary before a regular or special meeting of the Board can be reasonably held. This type of action may include the establishment of a temporary Association policy. The Executive Committee also makes recommendations to the Board regarding annual budgets, oversight of the Chief Staff Executive and staff, annual financial statements, and strategic planning.
