The Construction Labor Union Trusts Committee is a close liaison to the construction labor union trusts associated with SCCA member trades (Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Teamsters) and works to manage industry funds allocated for workforce development activities. SCCA implements meaningful workforce development programs, which are funded by the construction labor union trusts.
