SCCA has teamed up with People Rock HR Services to bring you an interactive Harassment, Discrimination & Retaliation Prevention training that goes beyond the basics. This live, virtual session is designed to keep you engaged while giving you the tools you need to help create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. This training empowers you with practical knowledge, relevant scenarios, and the latest insights to help keep the workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. It’s informative, engaging, and directly connected to creating a better environment for everyone.
All employees must attend the first hour, and supervisors are required to complete the full two-hour session.

- The different forms harassment can take (including the less obvious ones)
- How abusive conduct shows up and why it matters
- Your rights, responsibilities, and role in prevention
- The reporting process – what happens and why it works
- Key policy language and the most recent legal updates that impact you
What to Expect:

- Hour 2: Supervisors stay on for a deeper dive into leadership responsibilities and best practices.
